Richard Pryor stars as Arlo Pear, a mass-transit engineer who, along with his family, faces the horrors of relocating from his lifelong home in New Jersey. After losing the position he has held for 14 years, Pear receives an offer for a dream job in Boise, Idaho. There is just one catch: The new job will require Pear and his family to face the one thing they dread most--Moving.
