Chantu and Bantu are two meddling friends who join a hotel management program in Goa by deceit. During their training, they expose the illicit activities of many hotel personnel and guests.

Prakash marries the daughter of a rich businessman but his father-in-law disapproves of him. For his approval, Prakash plans his wife's fake kidnapping and her eventual rescue. But the plan goes awry when some real kidnappers enter the picture.
