New York Bill Capa psychologist loses a suicidal patient and retreats to the house of a California colleague who, soon after, is brutally murdered. While hunting for the killer, Capa finds himself involved with a mysterious woman who leads him through a web of passion and intrigue. An ex-surgeon is lured into a dark underworld by a hip but lethal mob boss in need of some unorthodox medical assistance.
