Description
Winter is over in New York City and Nanny is going on a much needed vacation with her brother Gavin. Eloise gets a temporary nanny, one that is young, hip and beautiful. Nanny Nicole shows Eloise an exciting, artsy side of New York City that she knew nothing about and they have tons of fun along the way. Unfortunately, most of the fun involves breaking Nanny's rules. Soon, Eloise notices that Nicole and Eloise's favorite Plaza employee, Bill are getting a little too friendly.
