Piper Penguin has a dream to invent a machine that will let penguins fly. That dream, however, has made him the laughingstock of Penguinville High. His dad, a famous inventor, tries to help him but even he can't offer a solution. His three best friends also want to help but always fall short. When Wiley, the killer whale and mortal enemy of all penguins, sets a trap for the citizens of Penguinville, it's up to Piper to finally make his flying dreams come true and rescue his fellow penguins!
