Description
After two years under the same roof, life hasn't gotten any easier for Derek and Casey, two teenagers who are used to being in charge. The two find themselves in an even greater take-no-prisoners fight for control of their house, their school, and their world. As the two celebrate their 16th brithdays, Casey becomes cool and Derek meets his dream girl.
