Description
The further adventures of the time traveling alien adventurer and his companions. The Doctor meets bride-to-be Donna Noble and becomes entangled in the plans of the spiderlike Empress of the Racnoss. He then meets medical student Martha Jones, his new companion. Together, they encounter the Judoon, rhinocerouslike alien policemen pursuing a vampiric Plasmavore, William Shakespeare and the extradimensional Carrionites, the Macra, the Daleks, mutated scientist Dr. Lazarus, a living sun, the Family of Blood, and the Weeping Angels. A brief visit to present-day Cardiff reunites the Doctor with former companion Jack Harkness, and leads to a trip to a planet in the far future at the end of the universe and the return of the Doctor's arch-enemy the Master.
