Description
In the Mistborn trilogy's middle book, the good guys have won. However, their leader is dead, his apprentice Vin is overwhelmed by his legacy, the idealistic new ruler Elend is beset by those who want power themselves, and the history of Kwaan, who helped the despot to power, emerges portending a terrible power. The Well of Ascension may be the solution to all these problems, but first someone must find it.
