Description
Avantika is a teacher who leaves New York to come home after her father has a heart attack. There, she meets Ehsaan and soon, love blossoms. Avantika is asked to come back to New York to teach fall semester. Avantika and Ehsaan get married and move to the States. They buy a house in an Indian neighborhood. Their conservative Muslim neighbors invite them to dinner. The next morning, Salma, a dinner guest, comes over to see Avantika. Salma tells her that she is in grave danger and nothing is what is seems. A series of incidents suck Avantika into a vortex of danger and intrigue.
