Following up the Pokemon's All Star series set, the Pokemon Elements consist of the most important episodes commemorating the different types of Pokemon characters. Dragon type is featured in these episodes : including Dragonair, who has the ability to shed skin and is 13 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 36.4 pounds. Dragonair also is able to change the weather if its body takes on an aura.

Intent on destroying America, by changing history, a mysterious criminal, Flynn, steals a secret state-of-the-art time machine. The only hope of stopping him lies with an unexpected team: Lucy, a history professor; Wyatt, a soldier; and Rufus, a scientist, who must use the machine's prototype to travel back in time to ensure critical events remain unchanged.
