George and Kathy Lutz are newlyweds who move into a large house that is located on Long Island. The couple move in with their three children into what they believe is their dream home. Despite full disclosure by the real estate agent of the home's history, George and Kathy buy the house. The couple turn to their family priest Father Delaney who comes to bless the house.
