Description
The small bar in downtown Cheyenne was tucked between two Victorian buildings, each extending two stories above it, giving the short city block the look of a gap-toothed smile. The exterior had been renovated, the old rust-red bricks sandblasted and cleaned. The expensive sign, lettered to resemble an 1890s counterpart, projected the place as being friendly and safe.
